Super Tadarise (tadalafil, dapoxetine) is a combination medication used to help patients who have both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It should only be used in sexually mature men age 18 and up; effects on still-developing young bodies are unclear.

This product has two active ingredients, which are:

• Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor which allows increased blood flow to the penis. It is very effective at treating ED in the majority of cases. Many men will recognize its popular brand name of Cialis.
• Dapoxetine is an SSRI medication better known by the brand name Priligy. Though created to treat mental disorders, dapoxetine is too fast-acting and short-lasting for such applications. It is quite good at delaying ejaculation, however, giving men a greater sense of control and greater sexual satisfaction.

Men who have both ED and PE will likely benefit from buying Super Tadarise. Men with only one issue, however, may want to buy the corresponding medication individually; though unlikely to happen if used as directed, side effects can occur and it may not be worth the added risk for no significant benefit.

Treatment Guidelines

The two ingredients in this medication are roughly similar with respect to onset of action and duration of action; the biggest difference by far is the amount of time they work. Tadalafil will remain active for 24 to 36 hours, while dapoxetine can wear off anywhere between 5 hours and 24 hours, depending on individual response. • At least 24 hours should pass before another tablet is taken.
• No more than 3 tablets should be taken per week.

Most men with PE ejaculate in 1 minute or less, while those taking dapoxetine last 3.1 to 3.6 minutes; some men will last a bit longer. The average man without PE lasts 4 to 8 minutes, on average.

Interestingly some men find that after using a PE inhibitor for a while the problem goes away on its own, even without medication. Other men aren't so lucky, however.

First-Time Users

Men who have not taken tadalafil before may want to wait a bit before buying Super Tadarise; the standard starting dose for otherwise healthy men is 10 mg, and for men with other medical conditions it's 5 mg. Super Tadarise contains 20 mg tadalafil, which can be too high for some individuals.

In particular men who who have a history of:

• Heart disease, heart attack, or angina
• Stroke
• Liver or kidney disease
• High or low blood pressure
• Sickle cell anemia or hemophilia
• Stomach ulcers
• Retinitis pigmentosa

Or are over 45 years of age may not want to buy Super Tadarise as an introduction to tadalafil. If lower doses are used a few times with no side effects then this product can be considered.

Potential Complications

• Nausea
• Headache

• Changes in vision or hearing
• Priapism (an erection lasting 4 or more hours)
• Low blood pressure
• Chest pain
• Confusion
